Tin Star Taco Bar

I eat at Tin Star Taco Bar at least once every few weeks, because I love their fresh taco combinations. They have vegetarian tacos, quesadillas, and nachos. They also have an amazing unlimited salsa and chips bar.  My favorite salsa is the corn salsa, and their chips are just freshly made which makes them very tasty.

I ordered their gourmet grilled vegetable quesadilla, which comes with grilled portabella mushrooms, poblano peppers and onions, sweet potato straws, roasted corn, jack cheese & cilantro pesto.

The food at Tin Star always comes out super fast, and it did today.  My vegetable quesadilla looked almost too good to eat, almost!  The quesadilla was jam packed with vegetables, the only thing keeping it together was the melted cheese.

This is one of my all time favorite vegetarian quesadillas that I have tried, and I have tried many.  The vegetables are grilled perfectly and melted right into the cheese.

The quesadilla tasted great and the vegetables were a great combination.  My favorite ingredient is the crispy sweet potato straws.  The pesto sauce is also very tasty with the cheese, it makes a great combination.

My husband got 3 meaty tacos, and he loves all of the tacos that he has tried.  I have also tried their grilled vegetable taco, and it is very tasty.  I would recommend Tin Star to anyone who is looking for a great vegetarian meal at a good price.  Their ingredients are premium quality such as fried onions and fried potatoes (see pic above).

Have you tried Tin Star yet?

The Tin Star location that I visited is 340 Coit Road, Ste A, Plano, TX 75075.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. I know a lot of people who do the same thing here in the states. And they often eat “Meatless Monday” with me 🙂 Thanks for the comment!
