I went to Las Vegas last week and had some amazing vegetarian and vegan food! I wanted to share my meal photos from the trip and the restaurants. I stayed at the Wynn, and ate most of my meals there. I just want to make a comment that Las Vegas has the most vegan food that I have ever seen in one city. Every restaurant that I went to had a vegan menu, and everything looked and tasted amazing!
Right when we got into Vegas, we went to Bliss Frozen Yogurt in the Mirage. We paid the “Vegas Tax” and ate $14.00 crepes! I had the apple pie crepe with frozen yogurt on top. This was the most amazing experience! The froyo was melting on top of the warm crepe. The apples and cinnamon inside the crepe made it taste like apple pie a la mode. Yummy! My husband had a waffle with berries and froyo on top.
I love Frank Sinatra, and that is why we ate at the Wynn’s Sinatra restaurant for dinner that night. I had the ricotta pasta with asparagus sauce. We shared a side order of fried polenta. My husband had a meaty meal, I can’t remember what type of meat it was… After we ate at Sinatra, we went to see Cirque show Le Reve.
The next night we ate at Allegro in the Wynn before we went to see the Cirque show Beatles Love. I had a Caesar salad and a margherita pizza. The salad was large and could have been my whole meal. The pizza was a very thin crust and great tasting.
For out last night in Vegas, we ate at SW Steakhouse. I chose the vegan mushroom risotto. We shared the truffle creamed corn and scalloped potatoes for our sides. I had the funnel cake and strawberries for dessert and my husband had the ice cream trio.
The morning before our flight, we ate at The Buffet restaurant in the Wynn for breakfast. The food was amazing, because they had about 5 different food stations. I went to the classic omelet station and had a egg white omelet with mushrooms, cheese and tofu.
